The new 3 storey health care building consisted of a tight programme and many disciplines. A full new independent plant room was installed consisting of 6 new AHUS, 3 x Mitsubishi ASHP with a cooling capacity of 650kw per unit and 410kw of heating, 3 no uplifting units, a manager 3000 mains controller, 4 buffer vessels, 2 domestic plate heat exchangers, pressurisation units x3, pump sets , a brand new medical gas and BMS system, a full HVAC package accompanied by pressure regimes. A brand new 8000 litre water tank with accompanying booster set. A full commissioning package. A brand new motorised smoke fire damper package along side mains controller all delivered in line with the cause and effect document and htm guidelines
