Worked in the construction industry for 20 years, Harry brings great Initiative with an eye for detail. Having worked his way up through the ranks he has a great teamwork capacity, communication and leadership skills. Running the day to day operations from Procurement, Planning ,Estimating, Delivery, client relations, finance and all commercial aspects of the company.

Ba-Hons in Business management
Worked in the construction area across 10 years, from managing relationships with key clients to Recording Data for Legal purposes – i.e reports, non-conformances and close out from HSE visits / on site Audits- Ensuring documentation is compliant with current regulations and making it effortlessly available electronically on site- Notifying licensed works to the HSE. Enforcing Company Procedures and Policies on a day to day basis.
Chloe also takes control of Accounts and developing new Business opportunities- alongside being the Main point of contact for Project support both internally and externally. Gathering requirements from client meetings to develop bespoke packages- Producing and delivering Pitches/Presentations- Devising Quotations, Invoices, NDA’s, LPO’s and Contracts Applying Directors key objectives and business priorities to all projects.
Anthony Thomson

SMSTS, Level 3 Heating & Ventilation, Ductwork Planning and Installation
With years of experience, Anthony has built his way up from a working operative, come Supervisor to now being lead working Site Manager. He has spent over 10 years specialising in ventilation working on projects such as the AO Arena, Midland Metropolitan University Hospital & Canterbury Christ Church University, this has naturally contributed towards his enthusiasm in the field. Anthony has continued experience in Managing relationships with clients on site. Whilst maintaining a high level of rapport on site, he ensures that engineers are proficient and compliant with every duty delivered.
Anthony oversees the onsite set up of new projects, ensuring that they align with the team’s capabilities and resources.
He guides his team in handling the incoming work, providing direction, support, and resources to ensure successful Project completion.
Anthony attends on site meetings to ensure all requirements are adhered to, ensuring all Engineers are briefed with up to date information, to uphold HSE requirements as well as being strategic to improve project timelines and delivery.
Paul Taylor
Senior Project Manager
After 40 + Years experience in the industry Paul has not only continued to develop his skillset, but he has also built long term relationships with those of significant importance. Across the decades, Paul has overseen and lead complex projects from initiation through to completion, overcoming challenges along the way. His strategic mindset and hands on approach has been the forefront to achieving successful project completion and assists with maintaining strong relationships with clients.
With a background in both Mechanical and Electrical, Paul has a complex understanding on Heating and Cooling, Domestics, Ventilation, BMS, Lighting, Power and much more. His respected onsite management and gained trust from Engineers has assisted with the delivery of contracts varying in size and value between £1mil – £25mil.
Paul has an array of experience in many different sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Hospitality and Government. Past projects which have been a grand success throughout his working life have been the likes of Medway Hospital Kent, EON Energy Centre & Mid Kent College. With this, he is familiar with the required compliance and regulations set out within each specified sector. He is the heart of Health and Safety on site and is a fully trained first aider.
